1. Processing your input

Clicking “Create prompt” sends your task, completed additional fields, selected language, task type, approach, output format, requested document outputs, length and quality criteria to this server. “Improve an answer” also submits the pasted answer and your feedback.

In live mode, each successful creation saves this input, the generated prompt, added criteria, timestamp, random reference number and rule version in a non-public log file. The purpose is to understand typical requirements and improve the service’s rules and templates. No data is automatically sent to an external language model.

Unsubmitted text is not logged. Edits to the result after generation stay in your browser and do not change the stored record. Copying alone does not transmit additional data.

2. Retention and access

The intended retention period is 30 calendar days. Old daily files are removed during new successful processing. A daily maintenance job is provided for deletion when there are no new requests. Without that job, cleanup happens on the next request. The operator must separately delete downloaded copies and backups under the same retention policy.

Application files are accessible to authorised operators through their protected hosting account. STRATO may process data as part of its hosting service. The operator must take account of the actual hosting contract, backup arrangements and server logs.

Do not enter passwords, credentials, confidential documents or personal information. Free text may contain personal data even without a dedicated name field.

3. Technical data and abuse prevention

A technically necessary session cookie protects form submissions and supports short-term request limits. It contains a random identifier, not prompt text. It is set as a session cookie; browser session restoration can affect its actual lifetime.

In live mode, the server hashes the received IP address with a daily key for rate limiting. Prompt logs do not contain IP addresses. The separate abuse-prevention file is removed during the next day’s processing or a maintenance run. A hash does not imply complete anonymity.

STRATO may separately keep technical access logs. The operator must describe the actual configuration:

This version does not load external fonts, advertising or analytics scripts. External services are contacted when you follow a link or click a share button. Sharing passes the currently visible prompt to WhatsApp or Telegram; Telegram also receives a public AGIbeamer link. This occurs on your click, before you confirm sending in the messenger. Sharing does not create another AGIbeamer prompt record. The selected service processes the transferred data under its own privacy terms.

4. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal basis and conditions, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Contact the operator listed above or a competent data protection authority.

Keep the reference number displayed below your result where possible; it helps the operator locate your record. Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for identification.
